Who We Are

Center for Architecture & Design is a collective of design-minded individuals who recognize the impact and value of design in our everyday lives. The Center serves as a forum for discussion, collaboration and the promotion of quality design through programs, lectures, education and advocacy. The Center recognizes and advances the contribution of multiple design disciplines and promotes the professions to future generations.

MEMBERSHIP

The Center for Architecture & Design was created in 2015 by six local professional organizations including AIA Kansas City, AIGA KC, KC APA, IDSA KC, IIDA Mid-America and PGASLA. SEGD Kansas City joined in 2019. If you are a current member of one of these professional design associations, congrats you are already a member of the Center. This means you’ll receive a heads up on upcoming Center events and discounts on registration.
